Mold Making
Our molds are mainly aluminum molds and wooden molds. All the molds are manufactured through precision machining. In order to ensure the quality of the final product, wooden molds that have been used for over one year will be abandoned by us.
Vacuum Forming
First, the heat-softened plastic panel is placed on the mold and fixed with the circumference; then, vacuum is drawn under the mold so that the softened plastic panel adheres tightly to the mold. After cooling, the vacuum is released and the plastic parts can be removed.
Vacuum Coating
Vacuum coating has become a new environmental protection trend in surface treatment processes. Unlike general coating, vacuum coating is more environmentally. At the same time, the effect of vacuum coating product gloss is better than ordinary coating.
